A response refers to any text message or web submission received by your Digital Joy account from your audience. To determine the total number of required responses, multiply the number of questions or polls by the expected number of participants for your event.

When your account runs out of responses, Digital Joy will no longer count incoming votes for your active poll. Any responses submitted by your audience while your account’s response count is equal to 0 will be lost.
Your plan includes a refreshed response allowance each month. At the start of every billing cycle, your responses reset to the monthly limit. Unused responses do not roll over.
To cancel your account, click here or contact us in live chat with your email address. Please note that account cancellation does not result in refunds, and any unused responses will be lost.
Digital Joy online (web) voting can be used anywhere in the world without any limitations (in English).

Ideal for customers who need DJ Engage for one or a few events over several months rather than regular use. After your one-time plan ends, your SMS number is automatically released from your account.
If you would like to reuse the same number for future events, you can reserve it for a one-time fee of $8.50. This keeps the number assigned to your account until your next event. Please contact sales@digitaljoy.media for more information.

A dedicated event manager will be assigned to your event to help you set up your account, provide real-time remote support during the event, and deliver post-event support and analytics.
In addition to web and QR voting, participants can vote instantly by sending a simple text message—no app or internet required. This is ideal for large audiences, low- connectivity venues, and seamless participation.
