Mr. Hernandez is a proven growth oriented technology executive and investor with expertise in operational execution and results-driven performance across complex technical sectors, including media technology, content platforms, digital engagement tools, e-commerce, and financial services.

After more than 30 years of successfully operating, advising, and investing in companies across all stages of development, Mr. Hernandez founded Black Dragon Capital to combine operational leadership with strategic technology investment.

Through this work, Mr. Hernandez supports companies such as Digital Joy, a cloud-based digital media platform that enables organizations and creators to manage, edit, publish, and distribute content while engaging audiences through interactive tools such as virtual events, polling, chat, and media management systems.
